of <h1>Central Government Empowered to Resolve Implementation Issues Under Section 86 of Black Money Act, 2015</h1> Section 86 of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015, grants the Central Government the authority to address any difficulties in implementing the Act's provisions. This power allows the government to issue orders to resolve such issues, provided these orders are consistent with the Act. However, such orders cannot be made beyond two years from the Act's commencement. Additionally, any order issued under this section must be presented before both Houses of Parliament.
