of <h1>Section 37 enables State Governments to collect black money taxes with municipal taxes using delegated powers under Article 258.</h1> Section 37 of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015, allows for the recovery of direct taxes through a State Government if such responsibility has been delegated under Article 258 of the Constitution. The State Government can mandate that the tax be collected alongside municipal taxes or local rates, using the same personnel and methods employed for municipal tax or local rate collection.
