of <h1>Amendment to Section 13 of Unit Trust of India Act 2002: Date Extended to March 31, 2019, Retroactive to 2014.</h1> Section 13 of the Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Act, 2002, has been amended by the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2014. The amendment changes the date in subsection (1) from 'the 31st day of March, 2014' to 'the 31st day of March, 2019.' This change is retroactively effective from April 1, 2014.
