<h1>Submit Appeals to Appellate Tribunal Using Form E.A.-5 with Certified Copies per Central Excise Rules 2001</h1> Appeals or applications to the Appellate Tribunal under the Central Excise (Appeals) Rules, 2001, must be submitted using Form No. E.A.-5. This submission should be in quadruplicate, accompanied by copies of the relevant decisions or orders, including at least one certified copy. These documents should include orders from the Appellate Commissioner or Commissioner (Appeals) under specific sections of the Act, as well as orders from the Committee of Principal Commissioners or Chief Commissioners of Central Excise. The rules were updated in 2013 and 2014 to reflect changes in the required forms and authorities involved.
