This application should be filed in duplicate and must include a certified copy of the decision or order from the adjudicating authority, along with a copy of the directive issued by the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Central Excise to apply to the Commissioner (Appeals). The form and process are governed by the Central Excise (Appeals) Rules, 2001, as amended by Notification 23/2014.
