of <h1>Submit Central Excise Act Section 35E(4) Appeals with Form E.A.-2, Include Certified Order Copy, Follow 2001 Rules.</h1> An application to the Commissioner (Appeals) under sub-section (4) of section 35E of the Central Excise Act must be submitted using Form No. E.A.-2. This application should be filed in duplicate and must include a certified copy of the decision or order from the adjudicating authority, along with a copy of the directive issued by the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Central Excise to apply to the Commissioner (Appeals). The form and process are governed by the Central Excise (Appeals) Rules, 2001, as amended by Notification 23/2014.
