of <h1>Submit Revision Application Under Section 35EE(3) Using Form E.A.-8; Attach Authorization if Signed by Representative.</h1> A revision application to the Central Government under section 35EE(3) of the Act must be submitted using Form No. E.A.-8. The application and verification form must be signed by the designated individual per rule 3(2). If signed by an authorized representative, authorization documentation must be attached. The application, filed in duplicate, should include two copies of both the order mentioned in section 35B(1) and the decision or order by the Central Excise Officer that is being contested.
