This action can be taken for non-compliance with bond conditions, regulatory provisions, or misconduct deemed unfit for business operations. In urgent cases, the Commissioner may suspend a license within fifteen days of receiving an investigative report, even if an inquiry is pending. After suspension, the agent is entitled to a hearing within fifteen days, after which the Commissioner may decide to revoke or continue the suspension.
