        Prohibition of Customs House Agent work allows commissioner to bar agents from sections for failure to meet prescribed obligations. Regulation 21 authorises the Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs to prohibit a Customs House Agent from working in one or more sections of a Customs Station if satisfied that the agent has not fulfilled obligations under regulation 13 in relation to work in that section or sections; this power may be exercised notwithstanding regulation 22.
