Supply of certified copies: Secretary may provide documents to applicant or Principal Commissioner on written request.

Regulation 21 authorises the Secretary to grant certified copies of documents, orders or advance rulings to the applicant or to the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner, as the case may be, upon receipt of a written request; the recipient designation was substituted by a subsequent notification.
