of <h1>India-Korea Trade: Rules for Determining Goods Origin Under 2009 Preferential Agreement Established by Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between India and Korea) Rules, 2009, were established by the Central Government under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. These rules are aimed at determining the origin of goods traded under the preferential trade agreement between India and Korea. The rules were officially notified on December 31, 2009, and came into effect on January 1, 2010.
