<h1>Goods Qualify as Wholly Obtained Under Customs Tariff Rules, 2009, When Derived from Specific Natural and Production Sources</h1> Goods are considered wholly obtained or produced in the territory of a State party under the Customs Tariff Rules, 2009, between India and Korea if they include raw or mineral goods extracted, plants harvested, animals born and raised, and products derived from such animals. Goods obtained through hunting, trapping, fishing, or aquaculture within the State's territory, or sea-fishing by registered vessels, are also included. Additionally, goods produced on factory ships, seabed resources exploited under international law, waste and scrap for recycling, and goods made exclusively from these sources qualify as wholly obtained or produced.
