of <h1>Delhi VAT Tribunal Member Pension Rules: Contributory Scheme or GPF Rules for Pre-2004 Deputation Appointments?</h1> A member of the Delhi Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal is subject to the new defined Contributory Pension Scheme. If a member is appointed on a deputation basis and was part of their parent cadre before January 1, 2004, they will be governed by the General Provident Fund (Central Services) Rules, 1960, provided they were already contributing to that fund before joining as a member.
