of <h1>Delhi VAT Tribunal Member Resignation: Written Notice to LG, 3-Month Service Requirement, Removal by LG Order Only</h1> A member of the Delhi Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal may resign by submitting a written notice to the Lieutenant Governor. Unless allowed to leave earlier, the member must continue serving until three months after the notice is received, a successor assumes office, or the term expires, whichever is sooner. Removal of a member requires an order from the Lieutenant Governor. Members appointed on deputation cannot be repatriated before their term ends without an order from the Lieutenant Governor.
