Resignation and removal of tribunal members: notice-based continuity until successor; removal and deputation repatriation require Lieutenant Governor order.

A member may resign by written notice to the Lieutenant Governor but shall remain in office until the earliest of the expiry of a three months notice period, the successor entering office, or the term's expiry. No member may be removed except by order of the Lieutenant Governor, and no deputation appointee may be repatriated before term end except by the Lieutenant Governor's order.
