          <h1>Reporting obligations: designated agency must submit prescribed periodical returns and an annual report to central administration.</h1> The rule obliges the Authority to submit prescribed periodical returns and reports to the Central Government in the Department of Commerce by the dates set out in Schedule III, and to prepare and submit an Annual Report in the format given in Schedule IV for the preceding financial year covering its important activities by the specified annual deadline.
