of <h1>Customs Cargo Service Providers Can Renew Approval for 5 Years with Timely Application and Satisfactory Performance Under Regulation 10</h1> The Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs may renew the approval of a Customs Cargo Service provider for an additional five years if an application is made before the current approval expires. This renewal is contingent upon the provider's satisfactory performance in fulfilling their obligations under the relevant legal provisions, including the Act, rules, regulations, notifications, and orders. The renewal process applies to approvals initially granted or previously renewed under regulation 10 of the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009.
