Customs Cargo Service provider approval requires application to jurisdictional Principal Commissioner and decision within 45 days. An application to act as a Customs Cargo Service provider must be submitted as a letter to the jurisdictional Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs with details as prescribed in Form A; the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner shall dispose of the application within forty five days of receipt.
