Anti-dumping duty on Thermal Sensitive Paper imposed on imports from specified countries, payable in local currency using notified exchange rate. Anti-dumping duty is imposed on Thermal Sensitive Paper (sub-heading 4809 90 00) from Japan, Finland, Germany and the European Union after findings of dumping and material injury. For Japan the duty is specified in US dollars per square meter for all exporters; the duty must be paid in Indian currency. The applicable rate of exchange is the one notified under the Customs Act and the relevant date for that rate is the date of presentation of the bill of entry.
