Following a tribunal order, the duty was adjusted to a rate of US$ 0.04390 per square meter. A review requested by a German company led to provisional assessments, which have now been finalized, rescinding previous provisional measures and confirming the duty rate. The duty is calculated in Indian currency based on the exchange rate at the bill of entry presentation.
