This project, initially approved in 1997 and extended multiple times, is recognized for its social welfare contributions. The estimated cost remains Rs. 50 lakh plus a Rs. 30 lakh corpus fund. The extension covers financial years 2010-11, 2011-12, and 2012-13, although no certificates will be issued for the already lapsed financial year 2010-11.
