This project, initially recognized in 1997 with a cost of Rs. 26.28 lakhs, was previously amended to Rs. 50.00 lakhs. It will now continue for an additional three years from the financial year 2004-2005, with the project cost amended to include a corpus fund of Rs. 30.00 lakhs, totaling Rs. 80.00 lakhs.
