of <h1>India Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duties Notification No. 2/2010-Customs via New Notification No. 58/2010-Cus</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 58/2010-Cus on May 3, 2010. This notification rescinds the earlier Notification No. 2/2010-Customs dated January 11, 2010, concerning anti-dumping duties on imports. The rescission is enacted under the powers conferred by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the associated rules for identifying, assessing, and collecting anti-dumping duties. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted prior to this notification.
