of <h1>Anti-dumping Duty on PTFE Imports from Russia Extended Until November 17, 2010, per Notification No. 2/2010-Customs.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 110/2004-CUSTOMS, dated November 18, 2004, concerning the anti-dumping duty on imports of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) under sub-heading 3904 61 00. The designated authority initiated a review on February 27, 2009, regarding the continuation of this duty on imports from Russia. The Central Government has extended the anti-dumping duty until November 17, 2010, unless revoked earlier, under the powers conferred by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules. This amendment is formalized in Notification No. 2/2010-Customs, dated January 11, 2010.
