of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty on Acrylic Fibre Imports from USA, Korea, Thailand Extended Until October 24, 2002, Under Review.</h1> The Central Government has extended the anti-dumping duty on imports of Acrylic Fibre from the USA, Korea RP, and Thailand until October 24, 2002. This extension follows a sunset review initiated by the designated authority, as per the notification published on August 7, 2001, and is conducted under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules. The original imposition of this duty was through notification No. 72/2001-Customs, dated June 28, 2001. The duty will remain effective until the specified date unless further extended or revoked by a subsequent notification.
