of <h1>India Amends Anti-Dumping Duty on Float Glass from China and Indonesia; Now Includes Reflective Glass</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued a notification amending the anti-dumping duty on imports of Float Glass from China and Indonesia. This duty applies to Float Glass of thickness 2 mm to 12 mm, excluding green and processed glass for decorative, industrial, or automotive purposes. Initially imposed in 2003 and reviewed in 2007, the duty aims to protect the domestic industry from injury caused by dumping. The recent amendment, effective from January 2009, includes reflective glass in the scope of the duty, following recommendations from the designated authority.
