of <h1>Minimum CIF thresholds for Potassium Clavulanate imports under Policy Condition 08, shifting low-value shipments to 'Restricted' regime.</h1> DGFT inserts Policy Condition No. 08 in Chapter 29 of ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule I, restricting, until 30.11.2026, import of (i) diluted Potassium Clavulanate with CIF value below USD 77 per kg, (ii) Potassium Clavulanate with CIF value below USD 180 per kg, and (iii) specified intermediates used to manufacture Clavulanic Acid or Potassium Clavulanate with CIF value below USD 92 per kg; the operative effect is that such low-CIF imports require compliance with the 'Restricted' import regime for the stated period. This restriction is not applicable to imports by Advance Authorisation holders, EOUs, and SEZ units, subject to the condition that the imported inputs are not sold into the DTA. The import policy conditions for specified ITC (HS) codes are amended from 'Free' to 'subject to Policy Condition No. 08'.
