....hs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments under Chapter 29 of ITC (HS), 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy), with immediate effect. 1. Policy Condition No.08 of Chapter 29 is introduced as under: i. Import of diluted Potassium Clavulanate having a CIF value of less than USD 77 per KG, is 'Restricted' till 30.11.2026. ii. Import of Potassium Clavulanate having a CIF value of less than USD 180 per KGA, is 'Restricted' till 30.11.2026. iii.
