of <h1>SEBI replaces registered post with speed post with registration across key securities regulations via 2025 amendment notification</h1> The notification issues the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substitution of Registered Post with Speed Post) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, effective from publication in the Official Gazette. It amends the Collective Investment Schemes Regulations, 1999, Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Regulations, 2003, Intermediaries Regulations, 2008, and Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2018. Across these regulations and related schedules, all references to 'registered post' or 'Registered A.D.' are replaced with 'Speed Post with Registration' or 'Speed Post with Registration with Acknowledgment Due,' as contextually appropriate, thereby standardizing the prescribed mode of service and communication for regulatory notices and related documents.
