of <h1>Regulator amends Portfolio Managers Regulations 2020: replaces regulation 20(xi) with Schedule IV, revises regulation 22(3), deletes Schedule V</h1> The regulator amends its Portfolio Managers Regulations, 2020: the amendment replaces regulation 20(xi) to reference Schedule IV, substitutes regulation 22(3) to require delivery of a Board-specified Disclosure Document and a certificate in Form C (Schedule I) to clients prior to entering into management agreements, and deletes Schedule V. The amendments take effect on publication in the Official Gazette and are made under the statutory powers conferred by the securities regulator's enabling Act.
