<h1>Government notifies Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2025 substituting new Form RD-1 effective 15 September 2025</h1> The central government, exercising powers under multiple sections of the Companies Act, 2013, notified the Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2025, to further amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014; the rules are named accordingly and come into force on 15 September 2025. The amendment substitutes a new Form RD-1 in the 2014 rules and notes the principal rules' prior publication and most recent amendment.
