<h1>Ministry of Corporate Affairs amends incorporation rules introducing new e-Form replacing Form INC-22A under sections 12(9) and 469</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2025, effective July 14, 2025. These rules amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, by substituting a new e-Form for Form INC-22A. The amendment is made under the authority of section 12(9) and section 469(1)(2) of the Companies Act, 2013. The notification references previous amendments, with the principal rules originally published in March 2014 and last amended in July 2024.
