<h1>Companies Incorporation Rules Amended: 'Nidhi' Removed from Rule 8A Clause (p), Clause (v) Deleted.</h1> The Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2024, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. Effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, these amendments revise rule 8A by omitting the word 'Nidhi' from clause (p) and removing clause (v). The original rules were published on March 31, 2014, and last amended on October 20, 2023.
