of <h1>Amendment to NFRA Rules 2022: New Part-Time Members Appointed Under Companies Act, 2013, Updating Rule 2 Entries.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued an amendment to the National Financial Reporting Authority appointment of part-time members, Rules, 2022. This amendment, effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, updates rule 2 by replacing the entries for serial numbers (8) and (9) with new appointees. The updated entries now list two individuals as part-time members. This amendment is made under the authority granted by the Companies Act, 2013. The original rules were published in March 2022 and last amended in May 2022.
