of <h1>Designation of four specified officeholders as part-time NFRA members under amended Rule 2, 2022-automatic while in post</h1> Rule 2 of the National Financial Reporting Authority appointment of Part-time members Rules, 2022 is amended to replace the prior serial entries with four specified officeholders: the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs; the Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General of India; the Chief Financial Officer, Reserve Bank of India; and the Executive Director, Securities and Exchange Board of India, thereby prescribing that the persons occupying those offices shall constitute the specified part-time members of NFRA, with the operative effect that those officeholders (while holding those posts) are designated as part-time members under the Rules.
