of <h1>India Amends Export Policy: ADNOC Can Re-Export Mangalore Crude Oil Independently, Exempt from STE Conditions.</h1> The Central Government has amended the export policy conditions for Petroleum Crude under HS Code 2709 00 10, allowing ADNOC Marketing International (India) RSC Limited to re-export crude oil from their Commercial Stockpile at Mangalore SPR without adhering to the Standard Trading Enterprise (STE) conditions. Exports will continue through Indian Oil Corporation Limited, but the exemption permits ADNOC to manage re-exports independently and at their own cost. This amendment is made under the powers of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023.
