This amendment is made under the powers conferred by the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and is reflected in Chapter 23 of the Schedule-2 of the ITC HS export policy. The prohibition applies to De-Oiled Rice Bran under ITC HS code 2306 and any other related HS codes.
