of <h1>India Extends Free Import Policy for Moong Beans Until March 31, 2022; Customs Clearance by June 30, 2022.</h1> The Central Government has modified the import policy for Moong beans under ITC (HS) Code 0713 31 90, extending the 'Free' import policy until March 31, 2022. Importers must ensure that the Bill of Lading or Lorry Receipt is issued by this date. Consignments should be cleared by Customs on or before June 30, 2022. This notification, issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, partially modifies a previous notification dated May 15, 2021, and has been approved by the Minister of Commerce and Industry.
