of <h1>India Amends Export Policy: Syringes Now 'Restricted' Under Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, Details in Trade Notice No. 20/2021-22.</h1> The Government of India has amended the export policy for syringes under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. Syringes with or without needles, specifically 0.5 ml/1 ml AD syringes, 0.5 ml/1 ml/2 ml/3 ml disposable syringes, and 1 ml/2 ml/3 ml RUP syringes, are now classified as 'Restricted' for export under the specified HS code. All other syringes under this code remain freely exportable. The procedure for export applications has been detailed in Trade Notice No. 20/2021-22. This amendment is effective immediately.
