of <h1>India Restricts Export of COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Kits Under Foreign Trade Policy and ITC (HS) Codes.</h1> The Government of India has amended the export policy for COVID-19 Rapid Antigen testing kits, placing them under the 'Restricted' category. This change, effective immediately, applies to kits classified under specified ITC (HS) Codes or any other relevant HS Codes. The amendment is enacted under the powers granted by the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20. The Directorate General of Foreign Trade issued this notification to control the export of these testing kits.
