of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Polyester Yarn Imports from China and Thailand Until December 31, 2020.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has amended Notification No. 51/2015-Customs (ADD) to extend the levy of anti-dumping duty on imports of Fully Drawn or Fully Oriented Yarn/Spin Drawn Yarn/Flat Yarn of Polyester from China and Thailand. Initially set to expire on November 30, 2020, the duty is now extended until December 31, 2020. This decision follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, to continue protecting domestic industries from dumped imports.
