of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Polyester Yarns from China and Thailand Until November 30, 2020, per Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The notification amends a previous notification to extend the imposition of anti-dumping duty on polyester yarns imported from China and Thailand. Originally set by Notification No. 51/2015-Customs (ADD) on October 21, 2015, the duty applies to fully drawn, fully oriented, spin draw, and flat yarns of polyester. Following a review initiated on April 15, 2020, the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has extended the levy of this duty until November 30, 2020. This decision is based on the powers granted by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules for anti-dumping duties.
