This decision followed a review by the designated authority, which concluded that dumping and injury to the domestic industry would likely continue without the duty. The duty rates vary based on the country of origin and export, as well as the producer and exporter, and are specified in US dollars per metric ton. The notification was later rescinded on December 30, 2020.
