        Import policy for urea amended to allow free imports for industrial and technical grade urea and designate RCF as STE. Imports of urea under Exim Code 31021000 are permitted through STC, MMTC and RCF subject to paragraph 2.20 of the Foreign Trade Policy. Technical Grade Urea intended for non agricultural purposes, industrial use or NPK manufacturing is declared free for import.
