of <h1>Anti-dumping duty of Rs. 786/MT on Phthalic Anhydride imports from Indonesia imposed under Customs Tariff Act, 1975.</h1> This notification announces the imposition of an anti-dumping duty on Phthalic Anhydride imported from Indonesia, as determined by the Designated Authority. The investigation concluded that the product was being exported to India at below normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry. Consequently, under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, an anti-dumping duty of Rs. 786 per metric tonne is imposed on this chemical, effective until November 22, 2000.
