of <h1>India Imposes Anti-Dumping Duty on Phthalic Anhydride from Indonesia to Protect Local Industry; Duty Set at $44.27/Tonne.</h1> The notification imposes an anti-dumping duty on Phthalic Anhydride imported from Indonesia, effective from May 23, 2000. Following investigations, it was determined that this product was being exported to India below its normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry. Consequently, the Central Government, based on findings by the designated authority, has set the anti-dumping duty at USD 44.27 per metric tonne. This duty is to be paid in Indian currency, with the applicable exchange rate determined by notifications from the Ministry of Finance. The rate of exchange is based on the date of the bill of entry presentation.
