<h1>Regulation 5: No fees for amended or supplemented export manifests for ICD shipping bills 1 Jul 2017-30 Jun 2018</h1> The customs authority amends the Levy of Fees (Customs Documents) Regulations, 1970, by inserting Regulation 5 to provide that no fees shall be levied for amended or supplemented export manifests where the amendments relate to shipping bills filed in Inland Container Depots between 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2018. The amendment takes effect on publication in the Official Gazette and is made under powers conferred by sections 157 and 158 of the Customs Act, 1962.
