of <h1>New Amendment to 1998 Regulations: Use Form CSB-V for Certain Goods up to INR 25,000 in Foreign Exchange Transactions.</h1> The Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Amendment Regulations, 2017, issued by the Central Board of Excise and Customs under the Customs Act, 1962, amend the 1998 regulations. Effective from the date of publication, the amendment modifies regulation 6, sub-regulation (3), specifying that for goods listed in Appendix 3C of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) and other commercial goods not covered under clause (e) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 2, with consignment values up to INR 25,000 involving foreign exchange transactions, entries must be made using Form Courier Shipping Bill CSB-V.
