Courier Shipping Bill requirement: consignments involving foreign exchange must use CSB V for low value commercial goods. The amendment substitutes the first proviso to regulation 6(3) to require that goods specified in Appendix 3C of the Foreign Trade Policy and other commercial goods not covered under clause (e) of regulation 2(2), where consignment value is up to rupees twenty five thousand and the transaction involves foreign exchange, shall be entered in Form Courier Shipping Bill CSB V.
