        <h1>Courier Shipping Bill CSB V mandated for specified exports, altering regulation 6 entries and prescribing form fields for clearance.</h1> Amendment mandates insertion and use of the Courier Shipping Bill CSB V in sub regulation (1) and (3) of regulation 6 and substitutes the proviso to require that goods specified in Appendix 3C of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015 20) be entered in Form Courier Shipping Bill CSB V. The notification reproduces the CSB V format listing required courier, shipment, exporter and consignee details, invoice and HS code fields, e commerce and scheme indicators, and declarations by the authorized courier and customs officer.
