Specifically, for serial numbers 3, 4, and 5, the entry in column 5 is changed to 'Taiwan,' and for serial number 12, the entry is changed to 'People's Republic of China.' These amendments are made under the powers conferred by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules concerning anti-dumping duties.
