Anti dumping duty continuation on homopolymer PVC: targeted duties imposed by origin, exporter and producer to prevent dumped imports.

Continuation of anti dumping duty on homopolymer of vinyl chloride monomer (suspension grade) is imposed following a review that found dumped imports (except Korea RP) causing material injury; the Central Government has prescribed country , producer and exporter specific duty rates as set out in the Table, with certain nil entries, payment in Indian currency, a five year effectiveness unless earlier revoked, and exchange rate determination linked to notifications under the Customs Act and the bill of entry date.
