of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on PVC Imports from Eight Countries for Another Year Under Customs Tariff Act 1975.</h1> The Government of India has extended the anti-dumping duty on imports of 'Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Suspension Grade' originating from Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea RP, Malaysia, Thailand, and the USA for an additional year. This extension follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the relevant rules. The original duty, imposed in January 2008, is now amended to last six years instead of five, as per the notification by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
